Without the right foundation… even the best intentions can fall flat. You can plant seeds, water them, and hope for the best. But if you don’t start with the right soil, nothing will thrive. We often go through the motions…. Praying, attending church, trying to do the right things— BUT if we haven’t laid the proper foundation, everything else will feel off. Without making God our first priority, we’re like a garden trying to grow in bad soil.

Jesus wants us to FOCUS our lives on “His purposes” for us verses our own. When we get that right, everything else starts to fall into place. We don't have to continue to worry because we can trust that God will provide. When HE becomes our foundation, we begin to flourish in ways we never imagined. When we make God’s kingdom our top priority, true spiritual flourishing begins. But are we putting God first or are we hoping everything will just work out on its own?
